You have 28 days to notify us if you want to return your order or exchange an item.

 

Make contact with us by phone 01327 311999 or e-mail help@shopatdhp.com to advise us that you will be returning an item.

 

Package up the item in the original packaging and complete the returns note, giving a reason for the return and send it back to us, using the returns label provided

 

We will process the refund directly to your payment card in no more than 30 days.

 

Gift vouchers are refundable within seven business days of purchase (see our gift voucher Terms and Conditions)

 

Unfortunately some items are non-returnable and non-refundable – anything that is specially made or personalised for you or creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, such as art, sculpture and ceramics
